Arkansas State Police officials say authorities in a neighboring state need help in solving a cold case.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol’s Division of Drug and Crime Control and the Barry County Sheriff’s Office are seeking public assistance regarding the suspicious 1999 death of Justin Hocutt, 14.
