CABOT, Arkansas — Col. Mike Hagar, the director of Arkansas State Police (ASP), responded to recent online backlash lobbed at a trooper caught on video running over a goose in the road over the weekend.
Video circulating on social media shows a trooper in their patrol car driving toward two grown geese and two young geese. While the grown geese get away, at least one of the young ones was run over and seen lying unmoving in the road.
