NORTH LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (KATV) — An arrest warrant has been issued for a North Little Rock man in connection to a fatal shooting that took place at the Jefferson Manor Apartments on Monday morning.
Police say they first received reports of a shooting at the apartment complex at 10:28 a.m. on June 8.
