Governor Sarah Huckabee Sanders announced a new round of appointments and reappointments to numerous Arkansas boards, commissions, and advisory councils, including several appointments involving communities across central and north-central Arkansas.
Among the regional appointments announced were Scott Skelton of Quitman, reappointed to the Advisory Committee on Petroleum Storage Tanks, and Stephanie Smith of Sheridan, appointed to the Board of Trustees of Southeast Arkansas College.
Governor Sanders also appointed Mary Stephenson of Sheridan and Chris Brown of Wilburn to the Criminal Justice Institute Advisory Board. Earl Mott of Cabot was appointed to the State Board of Licensure for Professional Engineers and Professional Surveyors.
