LITTLE ROCK, Ark. — Arkansas officials have opened the application process for the second round of funding through the state’s Rural Health Transformation Program, making more than $93.5 million available to support healthcare improvements in rural communities.
The Arkansas Department of Finance and Administration (DFA), working alongside the Governor’s Office, announced Tuesday that the funding is available through the Promoting Access, Coordination, and Transformation (PACT) category of the Rural Health Transformation Program (RHTP).

State leaders say the funding is designed to strengthen and modernize rural healthcare by expanding access to medical services, improving coordination among providers and investing in technology-driven healthcare solutions.
