Arkansas drivers are paying less at the pump than they were four years ago when gas prices reached record highs, according to AAA.
The statewide average for regular unleaded gasoline is $3.74 per gallon this week. That’s down 12 cents from last week but remains 97 cents higher than the same time a year ago.
