SHERWOOD, Ark. – Arkansas State Police are investigating after an 18-year-old was shot in what they believe was an accidental shooting on an interstate near Sherwood.
According to Arkansas State Police, the shooting happened just before 6 p.m. Friday, June 12, on Interstate 57.

ASP officials said a gun was fired inside of a vehicle, injuring the teen. The victim was taken to a hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
