LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (KAIT) – Arkansas Attorney General Tim Griffin announced five Medicaid fraud arrests made by his Medicaid Fraud Control Unit as part of the U.S. Department of Justice’s 2026 National Health Care Fraud Takedown.
Griffin said the takedown was led and coordinated June 23 by the Department of Justice’s Health Care Fraud Unit and its partners, including U.S. attorneys’ offices, the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services’ Office of Inspector General, the FBI, the DEA and Medicaid Fraud Control units across the country.
