The Great Arkansas Beer Festival & Rock City Margarita Festival returns to the Statehouse Convention Center in downtown Little Rock Saturday from 5 until 8 p.m. The annual event features craft beer tastings, margarita samples, food vendors and entertainment.

Show Me Reptile Show — Friday and Saturday

Reptile enthusiasts can see hundreds of snakes, lizards, tortoises and other exotic animals during the Show Me Reptile Show at the Arkansas State Fairgrounds. Vendors from around the region will offer live animal exhibits, educational opportunities and pet supplies throughout the two-day event.

Conway’s Full Moon Fest brings together bands from the Natural State and beyond. There is something for everyone at this all-ages event, from food and vendors to sludge metal, indie rock and hardcore music. Bands playing include Dear Cincinnati, Gardensnakes, Raney, Chrono Wizard, Entrenched, Obliviate, Before The Familiar, Mattychrist, Tiger Style and Bragging Rites.

Hiland Dairy Dollar Day at the Little Rock Zoo — Saturday

Families can enjoy discounted admission during Hiland Dairy Dollar Day at the Little Rock Zoo. The annual event makes a visit to the zoo more affordable while giving guests access to animal exhibits and educational experiences. The zoo is currently hosting “Bugtopia! Wonder Magnified!,” an interactive exhibit featuring animatronic bugs and larger-than-life insect sculptures.
