Pediatrics Plus has acquired Cynergy Rehab Group and Arkids Pediatric Day Centers, the pediatric healthcare provider recently announced.
The acquisition adds 12 locations, including developmental preschools, outpatient clinics and extensive school-based therapy partnerships throughout Arkansas, “creating one of the state’s largest providers of pediatric therapy and developmental services,” according to a press release. The organization, founded in 2002 in Little Rock, now employs approximately 2,100 team members with locations across Arkansas, Missouri, Oklahoma and Texas.
“This is more than an acquisition. It’s two Arkansas organizations coming together around a shared mission,” said Scott Street, CEO of Pediatrics Plus. “It’s also an investment in our people. By combining our strengths, we can expand resources for children, families and team members while ensuring more Arkansans have access to the comprehensive services they need close to home.”…
