LITTLE ROCK, Ark. – After tragically being shot and killed at the Eagle Suites in the Breckenridge neighborhood, Otis Shavers’ friends and family gathered on Friday night to remember a man who they say will be sorely missed.
Lashone Releford is one of nine siblings Shavers leaves behind; he drove from Kansas City to remember his brother.
“When my father passed away a few years ago, he was the father figure in our circle,” Releford said.
