BENTON COUNTY, Ark.- An Arkansas lawmaker is behind bars after an arrest Saturday morning.
According to the Benton County jail docket, 35-year-old State Rep. Austin McCollum was arrested early Saturday morning and is facing a charge of third-degree domestic battery.
