LITTLE ROCK, Ark.- Arkansas State Police are investigating a crash that happened on Cantrell Road on Friday night, in front of the 1836 Club, near downtown Little Rock.
According to a crash report, the collision happened just after 9 p.m., when a car heading downtown crossed into the opposite lane of Cantrell Road, just past the Dillards corporate office.
The vehicle was said to have crossed onto the sidewalk and damaged an electrical line before it struck a retaining wall and flipped over. The crash led to a brief power outage in the area.
