Governor Sarah Huckabee Sanders has named Helena-West Helena as Arkansas’ next Capital for a Day, with the designation set for Thursday, September 3rd.
Sanders and other senior state officials are expected to travel to the Phillips County city as part of the program, which brings state government leaders into communities across Arkansas to meet with local officials.
