Verizon customers in parts of Arkansas and Oklahoma are reporting service disruptions Thursday afternoon.
According to outage-tracking website Downdetector, reports of Verizon outages began around 2:40 p.m. Most reports involve problems with phone and internet services, while some customers say their devices have switched to SOS mode.
