EL DORADO, Ark. (KTVE/KARD) — On August 31, 2026, authorities arrested 23-year-old Laquarious Jones of Little Rock following a deadly stabbing that claimed the life of a 41-year-old woman in Little Rock.
According to authorities, the stabbing was reported at approximately 3:19 AM on August 25, 2026, in Little Rock, Ark.
The Little Rock Police Department, working in cooperation with the Criminal Apprehension Division, which includes investigators from the El Dorado Police Department and the 13th Judicial Drug Task Force, as well as the El Dorado Criminal Investigation Division, worked together to locate and apprehend Jones.
Investigators say they utilized multiple investigative resources, including Flock License Plate Recognition (LPR) camera systems and community engagement efforts.
