A man who has been arrested multiple times for stealing merchandise from Walmart stores in Arkansas and Missouri appeared in Baxter County Circuit Court/Criminal Division September 8.
Sixty-four-year-old Rodney Vagenas who lists an address in West Plains is reported to have entered the Mountain Home Walmart on September 25 last year shortly before 8:30 p.m.
