JONESBORO, Ark. (KAIT) – Jonesboro police arrested a 27-year-old Little Rock woman after a woman told officers she tried to run her over before crashing into an apartment building, according to a probable cause affidavit.
Craighead County District Judge David Boling found probable cause Monday to charge Nautica Ann Rogers with aggravated assault, a Class D felony, and a private property accident.
Police respond to private-property crash
On Sept. 19, Jonesboro police responded to a private-property crash involving an injury in the 300 block of North Caraway Road.
The victim told police that she had gotten into an altercation with Rogers. As the victim tried to return to her house, Rogers got into a vehicle, ran into the victim’s car, drove over the sidewalk, and tried to run her over before crashing into the victim’s apartment building, according to the affidavit…
