EL DORADO, Ark. (KTVE/KARD) — An El Dorado firefighter has completed an extraordinary journey across the Natural State, running from the Louisiana state line to the Missouri state line to raise money for children who have suffered burn injuries.
Jacob Brimer, a lieutenant with the El Dorado Fire Department, began his seven-day journey at 4 a.m. in Junction City, with the goal of raising funds for Camp Sunshine, a burn camp that provides children who have experienced burn injuries with an opportunity to connect, heal and build friendships.
