Where did the collision between Abigail Walker and Terrell Taylor occur?
JACKSONVILLE, Ark. (KATV) — On October 10 around 4:39 p.m., a Jacksonville Police Department officer observed a driver, identified as 23-year-old Abigail Walker, strike a pedestrian, identified as 36-year-old Terrell Taylor, walking in the 3600 block of John Harden.
