LITTLE ROCK (KATV) — The Pulaski County Sheriff’s Office says it has recovered all funds diverted in a fraudulent payment scheme involving Turn Key Health Clinics, the medical services provider for the Pulaski County Detention Center.
The department originally said that $2 million in public funds were diverted.
