JACKSONVILLE, Ark. (KATV) — Jacksonville High School is unique for several reasons, but perhaps more so for its fully functioning restaurant that is open to the public.
The restaurant, Simply Delicious, has been remarked for its excellent food, reasonable prices, and service with a smile. And guess what? It is almost completely run by high school students.
Bailey Holt, the Family and Consumer Science Teacher at Jacksonville High School says the students are “learning the recipes, cooking, we have waitresses, waiters. So, it’s running like an actual restaurant.”…
