Shots fired during domestic disturbance causes Arkansas school district to go on lockdown

LITTLE ROCK (KATV) – Shots fired during a Friday morning domestic disturbance in Pope County caused a nearby school district to be placed on lockdown. According to the sheriff’s office, the Pottsville School District went into lockdown after they were alerted to the disturbance around 9:30 a.m. near the 2000 block of Pine Ridge Road.
