MOUNTAIN HOME, Ark. (KAIT) – Arkansas Governor Sarah Huckabee Sanders has announced Mountain Home as the next ‘Capital for a Day.’. According to a news release, Sanders announced on Jan. 29 that the town will serve as the eighth “Capital for a Day” and will temporarily serve as Arkansas’ seat of government on Jan. 31.
