TRUMANN, Ark. (KAIT) – A non-profit organization recently expanded and is looking to add more foster homes in Northeast Arkansas. The CALL started in Central Arkansas in 2007, and just last year, it expanded to all counties in the state. The goal of the group is to help local churches and communities meet the needs of foster children in their areas.
