LITTLE ROCK (KATV) – Arkansas State Police and other law enforcement agencies are searching for a suspect they say is armed and dangerous. ASP stated in a news release, they are searching for Thaddeus Ray Carroll, 50. Carroll was in a vehicle stopped on U.S. Highway 67 at about 9 p.m. Sunday with two other individuals.
