LITTLE ROCK (KATV) – The 17-year-old boy fatally shot outside his home in south Little Rock Saturday night has been identified by Pulaski County authorities. According to the sheriff’s office, Justin Heavrin Jr. was shot and killed by 18-year-old Juan Ruiz during a disturbance outside a residence in the 1000 block of Hilaro Springs Road.
