CLEVELAND – For the second day in a row, the U.S. Marshals Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force captured a suspect from out-of-state who was wanted for murder. On Friday. NOVFTF members arrested 27-year-old Stephen Johnson in Cleveland. Johnson was wanted by the Little Rock Police Department in Arkansas for capital murder.
