LITTLE ROCK, Ark. – The month of January ended with some big winners in Arkansas Scholarship Lottery drawings.

In a second win, Paul Price Jr. of Hot Springs has come forward to claim a $25,000 prize from the Jan. 27 LOTTO drawing. Price and his wife claimed their prize at the ASL claim center in Little Rock on Feb. 2.

Price’s win came from matching five of the six numbers drawn, along with a matching bonus number, officials said.
