LITTLE ROCK, Ark. – Let the good times roll with the 14th annual SoMardi Gras Parade and Block Party happening on Feb. 10 along with the 11th annual Beard and Mustache Contest.
The theme of 2024’s parade floats is Under the Sea, with competitors vying for cash prizes of $500 for first place, $250 for second place, $250 for best marching band and $250 for best performance.

This year’s Beard and Mustache Contest has six different categories including Best Beard over 6”, Best Beard Under 6” and Most Creative.
Presenting sponsor Phil Brandon of Rock Town Distillery said the parade will still roll rain or shine and will be one of the best yet.
