ARKANSAS, USA – One suspect has been arrested after Arkansas State Police (ASP) recovered a 5-year-old who had been abducted in Michigan. Officials were notified by the Oakland County Michigan Sheriff’s Office that they were tracking a 2018 Buick Encore stolen from their jurisdiction that may be in the Arkansas area.
