BENTON (KATV) – The Benton Police Department says that they and Benton Public School officials were alerted to a possible threat of school violence on Tuesday. Police say that their investigation revealed that a Benton student and multiple other individuals shared a screenshot of a post containing a threat directed at an undisclosed location.
