LITTLE ROCK, Ark. – Richard Keener is sharing his near-death experience with the world to show his life as an example for drivers to slow down. On Sept. 21, the Little Rock man was in a head-on collision while riding his motorcycle on Colonel Glenn Road, two miles from his home.
