NORTH LITTLE ROCK (KATV) – The North Little Rock Police Department has made a second arrest in the 100 Riverfront Drive homicide that occurred on August 29. On November 19, 22-year-old Akashdeep Singh of Jacksonville was located at an apartment complex in Little Rock by members of the United States Marshals service Eastern District Fugitive Task Force and the North Little Rock Police Department.
