A Winter weather advisory is in place for the entire four-state area. The advisory is already in place for northeast Oklahoma and starts at noon for southeast Kansas. Snow is expected to start around noon today and continue through Friday morning. In Kansas, areas mainly southeast of the Kansas Turnpike could see 1-3 inches of snow while the latest forecast for the Coffeyville area now calls for 2-4 inches.
