LITTLE ROCK (KATV) — Announced on Jan. 13, the Arkansas Securities Department is now part of a $17 million settlement with Edward D. Jones & Co., L.P., after investigative findings unveiled the company’s supervision and investment practices.
Over the span of 4 years, an investigation that was led by the State of Arkansas included 14 other state securities regulators.
