JACKSONVILLE, Ark. (KATV) — Around 3:09 p.m. on January 14, deputies with the Pulaski County Sheriff’s Office responded to a welfare check at the 1300 block of East Republican Road in Jacksonville.
Upon arrival, a male subject shot at deputies, who then returned fire at him.
No one was struck, and the subject surrendered before being taken into custody…
