Arkansas lawmakers propose expansion to beer definition

ARKANSAS, USA — Arkansas lawmakers are proposing a change to the definition of beer through a newly filed bill.

HB1173, introduced by Rep. Matt Brown on Jan. 17, aims to adjust the maximum allowable alcohol content for beer and include certain malt beverages in the overall definition.
