Arkansas Storm Team Forecast: Cool and clear today, rain chances increase this Weekend

It’s a cool but sunny day with highs reaching the mid-40s, so you’ll want to grab a jacket if you’re heading outside. Tonight, another round of freezing temperatures settles in, with lows dipping to the lower 30s.

As we head into the weekend, Saturday will bring a bit of a warm-up with highs in the mid-50s, but clouds will start to move in, and isolated showers are possible by Saturday night. Sunday will feel cooler again, with highs in the upper 40s and a chance for scattered evening showers, especially in southern Arkansas.

Looking ahead, another system is on our radar for the middle of next week, but the good news is we’ll see a gradual warming trend, with some areas possibly hitting the 60s by Tuesday. Stay tuned as we fine-tune those details on next weeks system…
