LITTLE ROCK, Ark. – Penguins can’t fly but they sure can swim, with one African penguin seen swimming his little heart out on Tuesday.
According to Little Rock Zoo officials posting to social media, the newest penguin chick, Phelps, was living up to his swimming namesake.
