LITTLE ROCK, Ark. – The Little Rock Fire Department responded to a string of fires across the city Wednesday afternoon.
In a press conference held at Little Rock Fire Department Station 17, city officials emphasized that there were no reported injuries or loss of life following a series of fires earlier Wednesday.

The mayor, along with the fire chief, chief of police, and representatives from the office of emergency management, addressed the collaboration among departments in responding to 14 emergency calls, with the first call coming in at 1:18 p.m.
