LITTLE ROCK, Ark. – Thousands witnessed a fire behind the Walmart on South Bowman Wednesday. Those inside the store were forced to evacuate as the city worked to protect businesses and homes.
The smoke and the flames were quite a sight from the road but quite a fear for those feet away like Megan Hughes.
“I was shocked to see how close it was to our house,” Hughes said.
