Police: Arkansas man claiming to be part of Sicilian Mob threatened judge, prosecutors

BENTON COUNTY, ARKANSAS, Ark. — A Centerton man accused of domestic violence earlier this year has been arrested again after allegedly threatening to attack police, prosecutors, and judges.

Arseniord Berrios, 48, was arrested on March 20 by Centerton police and is being held on a $150,000 bond.

First arrest

According to court documents, officers went to a residence in Centerton on Jan. 26 where Berrios was reportedly fighting with someone else.

That person showed police videos and pictures of Berrios attacking them dating back around six months, a Centerton police affidavit said…
