Arkansas man testing his limits for a good cause with Murph Hero Workout

NORTH LITTLE ROCK, Ark. – An Arkansas man is testing his limits for a good causer this weekend.

Cole Rodgers is bringing awareness to mental health struggles faced by men by pursuing an incredible world record.

World Record Attempted in Honor of Fallen Soldier

The Murph Hero Workout is a CrossFit workout named in honor of Navy Lieutenant Michael Murphy who was killed in Afghanistan in 2005. It includes running a mile, doing 100 pull-ups, 200 push-ups, 300 air squats and then running another mile, all while wearing a 20-pound vest.

Rodgers will be doing all of that over again 18 more times in 24 hours…
