Man sentenced to life in prison for 2022 deadly Little Rock shooting

LITTLE ROCK, Ark. – A man was sentenced to life in prison after he was found guilty of killing a man in a 2022 Little Rock shooting.

Prosecuting Attorney Will Jones said Ferrod McCoy was found guilty of capital murder, unlawful discharge of a firearm from a vehicle and multiple firearm enhancements after a three-day trial.

The charges stemmed from the Oct. 18, 2022, deadly shooting of 32-year-old Broderick Bluford at The Ridge Apartments.
