According to the National Weather Service in Little Rock, flash flooding remains a significant threat through 3 p.m. CDT, impacting key regions including Conway, Pine Bluff, Searcy, Camden, and Stuttgart. Radar and automated gauges confirmed rainfall totals between 6 and 14 inches, with multiple creeks, streams, and urban roadways reportedly overwhelmed.
Areas under warning include Pulaski, Jefferson, White, Prairie, Lonoke, Faulkner, and Grant counties, as well as parts of Jackson, Monroe, and Dallas counties.
