Arkansas AG Griffin accuses Dyer man of lying about felon status during city council run

DYER, Ark. (KNWA/KFTA) — Arkansas Attorney General Tim Griffin’s office arrests a Dyer man on April 11 for lying about being a convicted felon while running for city council.

Joey Wertz, 47, faces a political practices pledge charge, a class D felony.
