Little Rock’s Kiwanis Park reopens with innovative playground and upgrades

LITTLE ROCK (KATV) — Kiwanis Park in Little Rock has reopened to the public, featuring a state-of-the-art playground and a host of new amenities.

The park’s new playground is the first in Arkansas to include the Smart Play Bolo system by Landscape Structures, a cutting-edge design that offers more play value per square foot than any previous playground.

The park’s previous playground equipment, which had been in place for nearly 20 years, was removed due to safety concerns. In addition to the playground, the park has undergone extensive renovations, including a repaved walking trail, a newly painted and re-roofed pavilion, upgraded lighting, new picnic tables, and a new water fountain…
