PULASKI COUNTY, Ark. (KY3) – A man from northwest Arkansas has died after a crash involving a semi-truck near North Little Rock over the weekend.
According to the Arkansas State Police crash report, 19-year-old Connor Latham of Leslie, Arkansas, was driving his Jeep on Interstate 40 around 7 p.m.
The crash happened when Latham swerved to avoid hitting a stopped car and crashed into the rear of the semi-truck, which was also stopped on the highway…
