Little Rock man speaks on recovery for Mental Health Awareness Month

ITTLE ROCK, Ark. – Four months ago, Travis French began taking his mental health seriously, committing his time to Little Rock Recovery in search of a healthier life.

“I would invite anybody out there struggling family-wise, anything, that there’s a way out, but I can’t figure it out on my own,” French said.

He says overcoming substance abuse was just step one in getting life back on track.

“I was just having some issues in my life, but during the program I learned boundaries, and the things I’ve learned to change in my thinking has kept me structured and grounded to walk through all of these troubles I’ve been going through recently,” French said…
